A layered painting of a view in Yorkshire, England. We were traveling to an amazing sculpture park there when I saw this beautiful scene out the window of our bus. The greens and views of Great Britain are incredibly inspiring. Using layers in landscape paintings is a way to reference the history of the land, a sense of what has gone before. 

48" by 36" mixed media painting with acrylic and vintage paper on gallery-wrapped canvas. It is wired and ready to hang without a frame. This is an original painting on a 1.5" deep gallery-wrapped canvas. The sides are painted white, and it is signed on the front and titled on the back.
